When more than one grit is necessary to resharpen a cutting edge, a craftsman will often use a combination bench stone to lessen both the expense and inconvenience of using two single grit stones. PTA 120/320 grit combination bench stones are made of aluminum oxide with 120 coarse grit on one face for repairing steel cutting edges and 320 fine grit on the other face for sharpening and maintaining them. These stones are impregnated with oil, eliminating the need to presoak them prior to use.
Interleaf flap wheels are excellent for finishing and polishing on all types of surfaces.
These flap wheels are constructed of alternating flaps of Ultra-Brite non-woven abrasive and aluminum oxide coated abrasive arranged radially and mounted on a 1/4″ stem.
Generally used for metal finishing, oxidation and coating removal and is ideal for uneven surfaces or flat areas.
Satin flap wheels are a non-woven abrasive with no aluminum oxide abrasive. These wheels leave a polished, satin finish to the workpiece. Grits are available in Fine and Very Fine.

Velcro backed surface conditioning discs are made of non-woven, compressible nylon fibers impregnated with aluminum oxide grain with a nylon hook and loop backing.
These discs attach to J hook, velcro style back up pads for use on high speed grinders.
Generally used for stock removal, finishing, deburring and blending of steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, aluminum and wood. Available in coarse, medium and very fine grits.

Ultra-Grind Depressed Center Grinding Wheels offer fast metal removal and long life. Ultra-Grind and Ultra-Chop stainless steel wheels are iron, chlorine and sulphur free.
5/32″ or ‘pipeline’ wheels can be used for cutting, light grinding or root passes when welding pipe. 1/4″ wheels are used exclusively for grinding.
Stainless Depressed Center Grinding Wheels can be used on steel for more aggressive cutting and cooler grinding action. This action will contaminate the wheel, so they must not be reused on stainless steel material again during their lifetime.

Flap discs combine the function of the grinding wheel and resin fibre disc by grinding, blending and finishing with one product. This results in fewer changeovers and increased productivity.
As the coated abrasive cloth wears down, new abrasive grains are exposed, producing a consistently high cut rate.
Ultra-Grind flap discs feature phenolic backing with zirconia abrasive in a Type 29 shape. They offer extra long life and superior performance on steel and stainless steel.
Flap disc grinding performance is greater than aluminum oxide grinding wheels and can outlast resin fibre discs by up to 30 times.
