Horizontal Plate Clamps
PTA Horizontal Plate Clamps enable steel plates to be lifted and transported in a horizontal position.
Clamps are designed to be used in pairs with 2 legged slings.
Clamps are suitable for lifting on plate at a time, or bundles of plates of identical width, with straight sides, and are thicker than 10% of the maximum jaw capacity.
Features hardened, serrated steel jaws for positive grip on material up to 300 Brinell (32HRc) and a locking mechanism with release button.
Clamps should not be side loaded.
Each unit is load tested and certified in Canada by PTA with certificate included.
