Service and Support

Premium Tool is proud to service or repair several of our products, including: torque wrenches, air tools, and magnetic drills. Please contact your local tool repair depot, or call us for a recommended service depot, for service on material handling equipment.

To submit a product for service or repair, please:

  • Contact your local tool repair shop or return your product to the authorized distributor.
  • Fill out this Tool Service Request form and submit it with your product.
  • Authorized Distributors please call Premium Tool to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before submitting a product for service.

Warranty

Premium Tool understands that professionals count on our tools to make a living. In the unlikely event of product failure, product replacement or credit will be granted quickly and unconditionally, providing the products were used for the application intended. Tools that are dirty, or parts degraded from dirty conditions are not warranted. Wear parts are warranted against manufacturing defects, but not against the effects of time and use on these parts. Springs, brakes, impellers, and other parts exposed to repeated stresses can be replaced or repaired for a nominal fee. Products used inappropriately or not maintained properly will not be considered for warranty, but in some circumstances can be economically serviced or cleaned. To submit a product for warranty consideration, please,

  • Return your product to the authorized distributor you originally purchased it from.
  • Authorized Distributors please call Premium Tool to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) number before submitting a product for warranty consideration.

All products submitted to PTA for service or warranty must be sent prepaid or dropped off at our Edmonton location.
