ULTRA-GRIND Ceramic Flap discs combine the function of the grinding wheel and resin fibre disc by grinding, blending and finishing with one product. This results in fewer changeovers and increased productivity. As the coated abrasive cloth wears down, new abrasive grains are exposed, producing a consistently high cut rate.
Ultra-Grind flap discs feature phenolic backing with ceramic abrasive in a Type 29 shape. Ceramic abrasives offer better performance than Zirconia on harder metals, like stainless steel, resulting in smoother, cooler and faster grinding.
