Resin Fibre Discs – Zirconia
Type Z Resin Fibre Discs offer superior life and productivity to standard aluminum oxide discs.
These discs are anti-glazing, anti-loading and provide cooler cutting temperatures, resulting in faster cut rates on demanding surfaces.
Constructed with a heavy vulcanized fibre back, they are coated with abrasive grains and bonded with a tough, heat resistant resin. This results in a cool, fast, and long lasting grinding.
Resin Fibre Discs are used with backing pads.

Type Z – Zirconia, long life, used on all types of steel.
Type C – Aluminum oxide, lowest cost, not for stainless steel.
Type S – For use with softer metals such as aluminum, bronze and brass.
Type P – Ceramic grain, extremely long life for use on all types of steel.
