Prentice Twist Drills
Ultra-Kut Black and Gold Series prentice twist drills are machined from special M2 hi-molybdenum steel. The 135⁰ split point provides accurate self starting holes without the need for a center punch.
The precision ground point, flutes, and body provide the highest performance and accuracy. These twist drills are heat treated for measurably harder and longer lasting bits than standard high speed steel (HSS). The black and gold finish enhances performance and abrasion resistance.
These heavy duty prentice twist drills are recommended for a wide range of materials of low to medium tensile strength.
