Hand Pads
Ultra-BriteTM hand pads are made of a non-woven nylon web impregnated with abrasive grain and resin bond.
Used for surface finishing applications such as: light to heavy duty cleaning, deburring, blending, polishing and finishing of metal, wood, composite, plastics, stone, solid and painted surfaces.
Available in coarse, fine and very fine grits, hand pads are flexible and conform to the work surface, are non-loading and non-rusting and provide gentle abrasive action without affecting the dimension of the work piece.
Brown: most durable and aggressive cutting pad used for heavy duty removal of rust, oxidation and deburring. Grit size 100-150.
Green: used for cleaning and deburring of machinery, metal parts, plastic, solid surfaces and stone. Grit size 180-220.
Maroon: used for light cleaning, deburring and finishing of machinery, metal parts, plastic, solid surfaces and stone. Grit 240-360.
