Jobber Length Twist Drills
Ultra-Kut Black and Gold Series Jobber Length Twist Drills are machined from special M2 hi-molybdenum steel. The 135⁰ split point provides accurate self starting holes without the need for a center punch. The precision ground point, flutes, and body provide the highest performance and accuracy. Ultra-Kut Black and Gold Series Jobber Length Twist Drills are recommended for use in work hardening grades of stainless steel and other hard metal drilling applications. These twist drill bits are heat treated at 2185⁰ F and nitro-carburized at 950⁰ F for measurably harder and longer lasting drill bits than standard high speed steel (HSS).
