Where can I buy your products?

PTA has authorized distributors all over Canada. Please give us a call and we’ll find a distributor in your area.

How do I become an authorized distributor?

If you are interested in carrying PTA products, contact us via phone, fax or email.

What are your shipping policies?

PTA orders are always picked and shipped the same day they were ordered. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the time of courier pickup. Prepaid shipping is available in Edmonton/Nisku for orders over $150, and for orders over $500 Canada wide.

What is your warranty policy?

PTA is proud to stand behind our products. We carefully select our products to make sure they can stand up to the toughest tasks, but sometimes things don’t go exactly as planned. Specific warranty policies may be found here. Items for warranty consideration should be dropped off at the distributor you purchased them from or returned prepaid to PTA Canada after receiving a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) Number.

Who do I contact for technical support or product training?

If you need help with anything, give us a call or send us an email. We can usually provide support over the phone but if you need help on site in the Edmonton area we can send out one of our product specialists to assist you.

What can I expect for service for my tools?

PTA has grown its reputation for fast and thorough service over the years, and you can believe the hype. We handle repair and service of our hand tools, torque wrenches, air tools and magnetic drills in house, with most service taking place the same day the item was received. However, we do have authorized repair depots for these products in many Canadian cities. Material handling service and warranty is handled by warranty depots across Canada, depending on your location. For a list of approved locations, please call or send us an e-mail.
